Each time the agent comes to him for help in her sales, he will say to her:
"I am just your facilitator. My job is to approve cases. Your job is to close cases. Not mine."
And so for two years, this poor agent quietly struggles.
She is far from hitting her goals and now even suffers from low self esteem.
